The programme supports visits of professionals, representing the fields of art and culture to/from Nordic countries.

The programme supports short and long-term network building in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
 

The programme provides funding for residency centres in the Baltic and Nordic countries to receive professional artists and cultural operators from other countries.
 

The programme gives financial support to civil servants from the Nordic and Baltic countries to carry out study visits, internships, on the job training or network activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
 

Children and youth organisations or groups can apply for grants to hold seminars, training sessions, conferences, camps, cultural events, to print publications etc.
 

The programme supports professional and amateur international art and culture projects, related to the Nordic countries.
 

Support for small (up to and including 100.000 Danish kroner) projects within the fields of art, theatre, music and new media, aiming to promote Nordic cultural co-operation.

This programme offers financial support to a variety of educational cooperation between partners from the Baltic and Nordic countries. Support can be granted to projects that contribute to development of quality and innovation in the educational systems as well as strengthen educational cooperation.
 

Support to multilateral co-operation with at least one NGO partner from the Nordic countries, one NGO partner from the Baltic States/Poland, and one from North-West Russia/Belarus.
 

Support to co-operation of non-governmental organisations from the Nordic countries and the Baltic countries.
