The Nordic-Baltic Sustainable Business Summit is an annual event focusing on corporate responsibility and sustainability. Since 2014, every year businesses and political leaders from the Nordic and Baltic countries have been gathering in Vilnius (Lithuania) to discuss challenges that companies face while moving their business towards corporate responsibility, and how governments as well as other stakeholders can help companies to operate in a more sustainable way.

Watch live:

2020 is a year like no other. Coronavirus is putting corporate social responsibility to the test! Today, corporate leaders face pressure from investors and shareholders to save cash and reduce losses due to the pandemic, and are expected to act instantly. Diverse Covid-19 coping strategies adopted by different companies across the Nordics and Baltics caused mixed feeling. The way some of the largest companies have responded to this crisis is defining a moment that will be remembered for decades.

This year’s theme “Shaping a post-Covid world: in focus on sustainability” seeks to explore the expected impact of COVID-19 on sustainability and identify new as well as continued sustainable business practices.
