Photographers from different Ukrainian regions, who now live in different Lithuanian cities, have united to show painful and positive issues such as adaptation in a new place, help from Lithuanians, joint projects, and homesickness. The exhibition includes portraits, artistic photo shoots, event reports. The main idea of the exhibition is the interaction of Lithuanians and Ukrainians, Lithuania and Ukraine, because together we do incredible things.
The opening event will take place on September 19 at 18:00 at the Ukrainian Center in Vilnius (T. Shevchenko, 31a), where you will be able to talk to the photographers and hear their stories. The exhibition will last until October 1, and then it will travel to other Lithuanian cities. The entrance is free.
The “Together” exhibition, curated by Maria Kutnyakova and NGO “Shtuka”, is part of the “Ukrainian stories” project. It has received funding and support from The Nordic House in Reykjavik and the Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Lithuania.
