Did you know that the Nordic countries lead Europe in physical activity? According to the 2022 Eurobarometer, only 12% of Swedes reported not exercising at all, compared to 53% of Lithuanians. This culture of movement is deeply rooted in the Nordic tradition, supported by organizations like Friskis&Svettis, which unites hundreds of thousands of sports enthusiasts and volunteer coaches across Sweden, Norway, and beyond. Their mission? “We want you to find the form of exercise that best suits you – but, above all, we want you to find it enjoyable when you exercise!”
At the Vilnius Sports Festival, you’ll have the chance to work out with expert trainers from Sweden and Lithuania. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, there’s something for everyone.
