The programme aims to foster the creation of trustworthy content reflecting everyday life in Belarus, with a strong emphasis on reporting human rights issues such as freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the rule of law, and democratic standards.
The ultimate goal is to empower Belarusian independent journalism and media art projects while ensuring access to high-quality, reliable, and diverse information for the Belarusian public.
Who can apply
Applications are open to:
- Belarusian independent media outlets
- Belarusian journalists
- Belarusian creators of visual, artistic, or interdisciplinary media content
- Non-Belarusian media outlets employing or contracting Belarusian journalists with a clear focus on Belarus
