The call is open for applications from 28 November 2025 until 30 January 2026. Projects can receive between EUR 45,000 and EUR 65,000, with a total programme budget of appr. EUR 990,000.
The programme supports collaborative projects that contribute to a green, competitive, and socially sustainable Nordic–Baltic region. Applicants must align their initiatives with at least one of these priorities and mainstream cross-cutting perspectives such as environmental and climate, gender equality, and child rights and youth perspective.
Eligible organisations include civil society organisations from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland Islands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, as well as civil society actors with relation to Ukraine, as well as democratic and independent partners from civil society with relation to Belarus and Russia (based outside and operating from outside the Russian Federation).
Projects may run from 1st June 2026 until 30 September 2027 and should demonstrate strong cooperation between at least three eligible countries.
