The call is open for applications from 18 November 2026 until 27 January 2027. Projects can receive between EUR 45,000 and EUR 65,000. The total programme budget is appr. EUR 950,000.

The programme supports collaborative projects that contribute to a green, competitive, and socially sustainable Nordic–Baltic region. Applicants must align their initiatives with at least one of these priorities and mainstream cross-cutting perspectives such as environmental and climate, gender equality, and child rights and youth perspective.

Eligible organisations include civil society organisations from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland Islands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, as well as civil society actors with relation to Ukraine, as well as democratic and independent partners from civil society with relation to Belarus and Russia (based outside and operating from outside the Russian Federation).

Projects may run from 1 June 2027 until 31 August 2028 and should demonstrate strong cooperation between at least three eligible countries.
